Donation Ceremony on “Smiling Children” pilot project in Ethiopia was held in Lingshan, Wuxi City on May 17, 2014. the donor is China Lingshan Council for the Promotion of Philanthropy (CLCPP), Targeting the starving children in Ethiopia (including some children with HIV), the project will be co-implemented by China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation (CFPA) and CLCPP. Madam Gu Xiulian, Vice Chairman of the Tenth National People's Congress and President of CLCPP  made the donation on behalf of the donor to Madam Roman Tesfaye, the First Lady of Ethiopia, who is on behalf of the beneficiary.
