On September 5th, China Foundation for Rural Development cooperated with Bank of China Yangon Branch to conduct the internship interview of Yangon University Scholarship Program, and successfully completed the internship interview on the campus of Yangon University. Business representatives from Bank of China Yangon Branch, Sinotrans (Myanmar) Corporation, China Unicom Myanmar Corporation,  Myanmar office team of the Foundation and students benefiting from Yangon University participated in this interview. The Bank of China-Yangon University Scholarship Program not only provides opportunities for social practice and exchange for the students who benefit from it, but also provides local talents for Chinese-funded enterprises in Myanmar, helping China and Myanmar to realize the connection of people's hearts and opinions.

Project introduction

The Bank of China-Yangon University Scholarship Project is a scholarship project carried out in Yangon University by CFRD in cooperation with the Bank of China. The project has sponsored 100 students from Yangon University for four consecutive years, providing scholarships and capacity-building activities to help students complete their studies and grow into talented individuals; It also contributes to the development of local people's livelihoods and extends the friendship between China and Myanmar.
