Program monitoring helps ensure that the program is carried out accurately and effectively; college and university meetings aim to understand the needs of college students, discuss the direction and new modes for program development, and serve as an effective way for donors and beneficiary students to connect with each other. Face to face communication helped narrow the distance between the donors and beneficiary students, and strengthen the relationship between them.
